At 新澳门开奖, we believe in the full potential of our smallest learners! As one of the premier private preschools in Jeddah, we strive to provide children with rich learning experiences that allow them to collaborate, investigate, explore and discover the world around them. Our children thrive on the foundation that play is learning, and learning is play. Our holistic approach to teaching focuses on all key areas of development: social, emotional, physical, communication and cognitive.

Creative Curriculum is an American research-based program that provides the foundation for developing these essential skills. Our educators focus on developmentally appropriate practices in early childhood education to facilitate innovative, flexible and creative learning experiences. Children are encouraged to explore big ideas, projects and passions, with integrated early literacy, math, science, and social studies skills that prepares children to be lifelong learners. In addition to the homeroom classroom, students are able to participate in art, music, physical education, visits to our library and a variety of after school activities.

Our program focuses on the development of the whole child 鈥 which includes all aspects of a child鈥檚 wellness; social-emotional, physical, language and communication, creativity and cognitive development. Our youngest learners are taught early literacy and mathematical skills, scientific thinking and concept, and social skills that prepare them to be lifelong learners.

Rest time plays an important role in your child鈥檚 physical and mental development. Children in PK do have a scheduled rest time in the afternoon. During rest time, some children sleep, while others rest their bodies, or read books quietly.

It is a requirement that children be independently toilet trained before beginning PK3. This means that children are able to indicate their toileting needs (verbal or with gestures), pull their pants up and down and clean themselves with minimal assistance.

Parents play a vital role as partners in our program. We use a digital platform called SeeSaw to communicate daily with parents. SeeSaw allows teachers to share photos, videos and information about what the scholars are doing in the classroom. Additionally, scholars can add activities into their own SeeSaw accounts. Parents can use the app to get instant notifications and communicate directly with the classroom teachers using messenger.

If this is your child鈥檚 first time being away from home, it is a huge transition for both children and parents. While you and your child may be excited about all the fun, you also may feel some anxiety about the process. You can begin to prepare your child weeks ahead of time by reading books about school, playing pretend school at home, and taking a tour to see their classroom and meet their teacher.

It is helpful if your child can participate in picking out school materials, such as their new backpack and lunch box, and parents should begin talking about the procedures and what to expect at school. Establish a good-bye routine, and assure them that you will return to pick them up at the end of the day.

All children transition to school differently. Some may walk right in ready to start the day, while others may become upset and not want to leave. Teachers are there to support children in their emotional needs while they adjust to their new classroom.

Yes! All students are required to complete a Health and Medical Form with the school nurse that will identify any allergies or health conditions. In PK, parents provide all snacks and lunches for their children to eat throughout the day. We are a nut-free school, however, additional precautions can be taken within individual classrooms to ensure the health and wellness of children.
